False Upgrade Notifications
What's with me getting constant "False Upgrade Notifications"? I'll be playing and I'll be killing enemies and a notification pops up on the screen, with a picture of a piece of equipment, with a little green circle with a plus sign inside and a banner above it that says "Upgrade Unlocked" . I'll go to my menu, check my gear and there isn't any actual upgrade that's been achieved. I keep getting this a lot! It happens when killing enemies and when turning in bounties. Exotics and legendaries in House of Wolves no longer have the Damage and Armor upgrade nodes, however due to a known issue, you will receive an "upgrade available" notification upon reaching what would have been the first Damage/Armor Upgrade threshold, and until then experience will not be added to the second weapon modification column.
