Thanks for explaining the issue. People say it was supposed to be gjallarhorn but it's all based on 1 photo which could easily have been photoshopped and if it was gjallarhorn then there would be more than just 1 photo

Xur did choose Ghorn or Ice breaker and those weapons are not allowed to be sold. That's why it is a glitch cause somehow he chose one of those weapons.
