Xur should be forced to sell Gjallahorn since bungie screwed the pooch on this one. At least make up for all of your short comings lately and do this for the community.

There's no proof it wasn't a glitch. That one photo that could easily have been photoshopped isn't a good enough we reason to get this gassed

Prove that it wasn't. But gie as proved they can alter Xur whenever they please and he is not just random. Case and point is at Christmas they altered him allowed to to stay longer ect. Bungie in this case altered Xur before he was placed in the tower removing his weapon (Gjallahorn) thus ensuring that the community does not get it in full. (Bungie has stated they don't want everyone to have the most op weapon in the game)

Well saying that they took gjallarhorn before it was sold would make that 1 picture which was probably photoshopped, fake.
