Bungie removed gally from xurs inventory but not the placeholder for it. This is proof they manually removed it from being sold and proof xur is random.

Listen to me here man. They did not do that. I know what it would take to do that to his inventory. If you have a degree in coding, please message me and tell me how you think they did and I will tell you how it would be almost impossible to do so.
