Well it's still speculation but it might be a chance he was selling g horn but it would suck because then noobs will start running around in crucible with an op rocket launchers so 50% yes I want him to sell and 50% I don't want him to sell it

here's also my question, and it is probably way wrong, but here goes: What if Xur was supposed to have sold a PS4 exclusive gun by accident and since Xbox couldnt receive the weapon it created this glitch?
