I've never been kicked but I joined a group of the recruitment sites and these guys kicked a lvl 28 from normal VoG to make room for a 32+ because it's "easier". They didn't tell him, they just kicked him. I jumped ship shortly after. That shit ain't cool. That's why people don't like using those stupid -blam!-ing sites for fireteams. Which is why they need random [b][u]OPTIONAL[/u][/b] matchmaking where no one is a fireteam leader so no one gets kicked by a chump.
