Can Bungie check to see whether Husk of the Pit is bugged?
There has been plenty of users posting Sword of Crota kills in the hundreds and thousands without a Husk drop. Furthermore, all evidence that Husk is dropping in House of Wolves is anecdotal: there are NO videos of someone obtaining one with House of Wolves equipment equipped.
If it isn't bugged, then can Bungie look at either increasing the drop rate, or introducing a new way to obtain the Husk (through Eris, as a purchasable item perhaps). Hundreds (or thousands) of kills for an item that only begins the quest for an exotic is too many.

My friend got the husk of the pit not long ago after HoW came out. At the same day, he spent the whole day to upgrade it to necrochasm

5 RepliesI agree that this is a problem... But I can say that you are not missing anything. Husk of the pit/ Eidolon Ally is a terrible marshmallow shooter. Almost zero impact and useless against anything but low level dregs or shanks. It's maybe the worst Auto rifle in the game, though it looks cool.
