Go to Cosmodrome. Go to the shed in front of the spawn. Go down stairs. Go into room on the right. Shoot the 3 hive. Get black wax. My wife has 500 just from that room.

Yeh I know that room but what Im saying is that no matter how many majors I kill, they just are not dropping Black Wax. I have gone from over 100 down to 0 since Dark Below came out.

Yeh I dont think its so random. When I 1st had the game I had an issue with the same character where I couldnt get any exotics until I bought an Ice Breaker from Xur and then all I got was Ice Breaker over and over about 7 times. The chances of that should be almost impossible with the amount of exotics in the game. After one of the major updates for Crota though that seemed to change and I started getting Gjallars and things. BUT not had any Black Wax. To be getting silken codex only that is something seriously up with the way rng works or something.
