I did too and know I can't even play a single online multiplayer game! Idk if the Xbox servers are down or it's just me?!

No the Xbox servers aren't down I just got done playing a match of gears of war.

Your sure because I can't play COD or Fifa online. Keeps giving me that same message

I just checked Destiny loads up fine but gives me an error code when I pick my character. When you have issues check here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status It does say social and gaming is having issues on their website. They should have it fixed soon they usually fix this stuff in a reasonable amount of time.
