Condensed: Report anyone that uses it, especially in trials. It is an in game exploit as the perk is broken and the description says kills give super energy with grenade not hits plus other grenades only get this super energy once even scatter grenades
And axiom bolts.
A little lesson for all who think other armor that is non glitched can compare to this:"None of these give nova every minute from throwing one grenade. They require many kills. Do you even know what the glitch does? 7 little balls from swarm grenades hits times 14 percent super energy that's 98 percent super energy bud... Right in your pocket. GG every single round in one trials game very possible. This is not even close to possible with obsidian mind which barely gives any energy from 3 guardian kills and takes about 7 PVE enemies killed with nova bomb to recharge it"
Lol, I tried this out just to see how OP it was. I had my super by the 2nd round. This is definitely game breaking and needs to be fixed.
Lol at people actually defended the use of a glitch for kills in multiplayer
-
What if someone just has those gauntlets because it's the only thing that makes them 34 and they like Swarm nades they don't deserve to be banned. If they have another piece of armor with ashes to asset and they have GG every round then you have to ban them.

Agree with the post below about TLW.

2 RepliesI hope they send out warnings to anyone who abuses the report system In no way is this banable...its a broken perk...Thats on Bungie to hot fix To limit what items a player can use is just beyond stupid Should Bungie fix it? Of course...the perk was obviously not tested and people have found a way to abuse it...but this is not a player issue...and I like many others am only hearing this now
-
I decided that the description originally was "...when you hit an enemy...", so bans are out of the question, this is not a bug (can't be an exploit, Sir. Can't be.) and the perk is working perfectly. Always if you aren't one of Bungie's writers and tell me I'm not right *grins*
-
Im going to try it out lol
-
Its in the game so shut up
-
Its not a cheat nor is it a hack. So why in the world would bungie ban people? Ps did you know if you don't walk into the grenade it doesn't build his super. Insane right like how crazy is that.
-
Wow. Join in on the fun before it's over . They will get rid of it eventually. Quit being such a butthurt prick. And if you can't stay out of his swarm grenade then you don't deserve to win in Trials anyway.
-
No. Don't ban them. It's a glitch that needs to be fixed. It's easy not to stumble in them unless the hunter throws them and makes direct contact
-
Ban snipers!!!! Ban supers ban grenades ban hunters ban warlocks seriously spoiled gamers whining about everything anyone remember when games were fun!
-
10 RepliesLearn that it is nonbannable its an internal glitch on bungies side its bannable once a external source is used to exploit the game, ex lag switching
-
8 RepliesThe word you're looking for is 'assist', asset was close but thanks for playing and goodnight :3

It is a slight glitch in that each part of the swarm is considered as it's own grenade (Bungie Coding at it's finest). I assume that the rewarded super energy is again, a slight coding error due to the unpredictable nature of the swarm grenade. The 'nades are going to spread out and hit everything in a group, so you'll never score a kill with it. Thus it may have been programmed to provide small increments of super energy on damage(kills). All in all, Bungie's fault and no one should get banned for it.

12 RepliesKhepris sting ( hunter gauntlets) do damage over time, even though the perk does not state it. Would i be reported if i used them? The bad juju grants bonus ammo straight into the magazine after each kill, even though the perk states that it will simply fill the mag. Would i be reported then? The last word will often proc a 111 crit while aiming down sights, even though the perk states that hip fire precision shots increase damage. Will you report me?

1 ReplyI'm not too bothered as they will lose out on the quick revives and won't hit me with any grenade damage anyway. Whilst he spends the extra 2 seconds reviving, our team will take him down and build are supers legit.

The butthurt level of this post is unbelievable! I'm going to have to call in some specialists to confirm these numbers I'm seeing!
-
Lol you will need proof of intention.

2 RepliesIt's not necessarily YAS, it's just the Swarm grenade itself that's glitches. YAS happens to make it more effective is all
