Activision hating on charity's is not a good look. If the proceeds really go to a charity. Then why the -blam!- would it get shut down.

  • Activision didn't shut them down, if you read the notice, it was some firm that they hired to protect their Intellectual Property. They did scans and found possible infringement and sent out a cease-and-desist notice that means it must be removed or legal action will be taken. Activision had little to do in the matter and Bungie, even less.

  • Its not about the current scenario, its about the precedent. With a franchise of this nature there isn't any way it could be allowed.
