The Entire Halo Universe vs The WH40K Universe
Every faction, every weapon, every hero, all out and ready for battle. Both are led by their greatest strategists and tacticians.

The fighting would be epic. Billions of Hunters, Elites, Brutes and flood combat forms, hundreds of Spartans and Promethean Knights, battling a colossal army of Space Marines on the ground. The fighting is brutal, and the whole area is engulfed in explosions and fighting. Ancient Humanity and the Forerunners engage in ship to ship combat with their WH40K equivalents. Planets and stars alike are are destroyed effortlessly as the ships trade fire and try their best to send each other to hell, and the Halo rings sit idly, waiting as a last line of defense. The Halo universe is severely outgunned, with the life eater virus taking a significant toll on every unshielded being in the haloverse with the exception of the flood super cell. The Precursors are hard at work trying to deal with the Chaos gods. The flood are infecting every being they can to combat the huge losses they have been suffering. It is all down to this, one last stand. Halo universe's non god tier races have been pushed back. It's not looking good, and the Chaos Gods find a way out of the Warp and are giving the Precursors a hard time. Things are looking bleak for the Halo universe. The Arbiter, Noble 6, the Chief and the Rookie know that defeat is certain, but they resolve to take down every last enemy with them. Every being in the WH40K universe is set to deliver the knockout blow. Suddenly, Kat somehow enters the driver's seat of every single dimension, ever and drives it all off a -blam!-ing cliff, and into a death barrier. This wipes out everyone in the process, resulting in a tie. gg no RE [spoiler]Halo universe gets it's ass handed to it.[/spoiler]

Anyway, I won't bother with a proper explanation as to why 40K shreks Halo into the ground and pisses on the corpse but it's not really a contest. As you pointed out, if the forerunners beat the precursors and the flood beat the forerunners and humans beat the flood... Then 40K is going to do the following to the Precursors, and I quote from Full Metal Jacket - 'Gouge out your eyes and skull-blam!- you!' It was nice knowing you Halo <.<
