Destiny should require users to use their real names.
Destiny should have an exclusive nametag system that requires users to use their real names (first, middle initial, and last). This would get rid of the problem of trolls hiding behind their anonymity. This would also require that they include their phone numbers on their profiles.
Edit: to verify the ID, social security numbers would also be required.

Maybe we could switch our forum avatars to an image of our birth certificate as well; this would allow for quick verification that the user is who they claim to be. SSN is good and all, but real security is multi-factor.
