I think that if you purchase content on your account, it should be accessible across all the platforms you play the game on, not just a single system.

1 RispondiLogically this would apply to the base game too, so that means Sony gives me a free game and all its content while Microsoft gets my money. I’m not sure Sony would be happy with that arrangement, nor Microsoft if the roles were reversed.
