We need an actual person we can contact about issues. On 8/17 i logged in to discover all my characters are gone. Replaced with a single titan that was so fresh it didn't even do the beginning cut scenes. I ended up deleting that one and attempting to restart with a new Hunter. It doesn't feel right, the original hunter i had was with me from Destiny 1, transferred over when that was still an option in Destiny 2. a new hunter just feels like a spit in the face of my account history. As far as I am aware, it doesn't make sense why they cant recover a character, not like we can trade items making it a in game economy issue. on top of that, I'd also like to know how it happened, all my cross save accounts show no unauthorized access, no 2FA codes came thru, no new devices registered on any accounts, and my main system was inactive since i last used it. and once i deleted the random default feeling titan, i realized it is quite a process to delete them so it wasn't an accident. With how much i spend on this game, I solely probably could fund them having a customer support rep, and seeing there is PLENTY of bigger whale players besides me, its insulting they don't offer some kind of help. Honestly I am really thinking this is a sign to finally break free from this addiction, I waste too much on this game and if this is how we are treated, There is plenty of other game studios that would love a fool like myself that will throw money at them to look cool. (it may have happened a few days ago, but i was attempting different methods of contact but those seem to be brick walls too, I am extremely salty over this, its 10 years worth of memories!)
