So i found out what the problem is exotic chestplate starfire protocol. It crashes the game if you are wearing it while starting any activity but only after you started game. If you wear something else its ok its also ok if you put it on after activity started and you start another one. It seems like the change that you did (3.5% to 5%) may have something to do with it.

I'd like to, but I don't have any recording software. Is the phone quality satisfying for you? I'm not in a quiet place right now, so ambient sounds might be loud and unpleasant. Also, update: I checked a few more times and the game crashed when, after starting an activity, I put on this exotic and started another activity. It doesn't always crash in this situation. It seems there's a chance for that.

Oh yes i completely forgot i check that before doing the video. I updated Drivers before maintenance ended, clered steam cache, CVARS deleted. Sadly still crashing and i am not sure if its only starfire now it crashed several times while not using starfire. But basically starting any activity crashes the game solo ops, team, exotic missions.
