We understand you encountered the Weasel error code, and that this caused your quest progress to revert. By any chance, was this quest the Graviton Through the Ages quest? If yes, are you able to reacquire it via the abandoned quests kiosk, or through the Altar of Relativity?
Please let us know if you can reacquire this quest. If not, then please let us know what happens when you try to get it back. We'll then review.

So its been several weeks and nothing has been fixed. The graviton spike was earned and removed from my inventory due to server instability. I'd like my claimed rewards unlocked

So the Graviton through the ages quest is progress locked on all characters. Just finished the story on my hunter and completing the sieve doesn't award the weapon at the rewards chest.

Hello again, Thanks for these follow-ups. We've taken note of the details you've shared concerning this issue you're experiencing. By any chance, if you join another player who's on this step of the quest and complete it with them, does this cause the reward chest to grant you the Graviton Spike? If it does not cause the weapon to drop, then please consider using your platform's share feature to record a videoclip of what happens. If you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and share a link here. We'll then investigate this further on our end.

Modificato da FALLEN: 7/28/2025 10:54:32 PMI have multiple clears of the event with just matchmaking and also with friends across both my warlock and hunter. The hunter had the mission at the same step right after I cleared the campaign so it seems to be an account bug after my disconnection during the raid race night. Seems that its just locked into my account at that step, and no progress can be made without outside interference. I would like my rewards back, even if it means I have to redo the whole quest. I also don't have a capture card on my pc so a clip won't be possible.

Are there any updates on resetting the quest? Nothing I do is fixing it and id greatly appreciate being able to use a reward i had previously earned. Its highly frustrating.

Its also looking like my progress is locked on other characters. It shows step 15 of 15 on my hunter as well. Even if I reclaimed the quest, it stays locked. Before I had been disconnected, I had claimed the weapon and used the deepsight on it to be able to craft it. Then got weasel error booted from the activity and progress has been locked since. Ive completed several sieve activity runs since, both with the quest in my inventory and without it. I earned the weapon at the same time as my friend supernightrider. He kept his while mine was erased and progress locked.

Modificato da FALLEN: 7/24/2025 4:09:27 PMI can abandon it and claim it from the alter of relativity again, but it stays at step 15, requiring me to complete the sieve activity. When I do the activity, it doesn't drop from the chest between waves, so progress isnt completed.
