Looking for help. One of my good friends has been continuously being banned from the game and having played from the start of D1.
1000’s hours put in the game and money.
6 bans now for no reason that become lengthy.
Had the network company out countless times to check the wifi and said it’s brilliant. Box repairs etc.
Bungie do not reply to appeals. He can play on someone else’s account on the same network and it’s fine.
No lag. No other software open on PS5.
He was banned this time after playing private matches… so weird. Has anyone else experienced this or has any advice? Appeals don’t work and for future where I’m sure he’ll probably be banned for nothing.
Poor from bungie again. The community feel to the game has gone.

4 RisposteHi peeps, I’m the guy in question .. I’m an OAP that loves Destiny and Destiny 2 . I came from halo 1-4 etc love these types of games. I’m about above average at it so NO cheating and the majority of bans comes after playing private matches with my buddies. Some have bad internet some don’t .. my iso is EE and is the gigabyte plus service I get 930mbps download & 110-119ish upload speeds. Had multiple hubs and have changed all cables from 5e to cat 6e .. the ps5 in question is and always has been hardwired into the back of the hub. I constantly get unstable connections warnings when my isp, engineers and tech team state nothing is u stable I have a strong connection. Also NO packet loss either .. SO with this latest suspension taking me to 8mths in total I’m about ready to quit the game. I feel like I’m getting punished for playing with my friends? Also disputing this with bungie providing all the tests etc I just get a generic response stating they are watching my account and it’s still unstable use the suspension to go through Bungies troubleshooting !! Ridiculous that you can’t speak to someone there !? Grr
