I recently bought an Xbox series X. Went through all the steps for cross save and I cannot seem to get my characters to show in up on my Xbox?? When I check the status of my cross save it says it’s all active and shows my linked accounts but not showing the right characters on my Xbox…help!?

From what we can see on our end, your Cross Save setup seems fine; your Xbox and Steam accounts have been linked for years, and Steam is selected as your Active Account, meaning it's your Steam characters you see when logging in on any linked device/platform. We recommend checking that you're logging in to the correct Xbox and/or Steam profile; there's a possibility that you mistakenly logged in to a different one, especially when setting up your new console. Modificato da viiTactiiCZz: 5/25/2025 12:55:56 PMThere is currently an issue they're looking into that is causing accounts added to an already existing cross-save setup to not actually be included, requiring it to be deactivated -> wait 90 days -> reactivated. As far as I know there are no ETAs on a fix, but a BNGHelp account will likely check your cross-save setup on Monday/Tuesday and say the Xbox account isn't included on their end. For now, do not disable cross-save - wait for a reply from BNGHelp with further info.
