How anyone gets upset over a studio creating a new game is absurd.
It’s totally normal for any major studio to make more than one game.
Jealous GF syndrome is never a good look.

Plus the hating is making us look bad and tbh I think if marathon does well it could be a good thing for both destiny and marathon since they would be able to get more resources for both games and bigger teams. Now would I buy marathon right away? No, I need to see gameplay first but if it looks good then I might buy it

Well said man. You clearly understand that it’s nothing to be upset over but instead could help D2 seeing if it’s successful they can invest in more resources. I don’t play extraction shooters but I’ll watch the Vidoc and game play on Saturday to see if it’s something I’ll try out.

While I don’t normally play extraction shooter, but since Helldivers 2 I think extraction shooters aren’t that bad as many people will try to say, so I kinda looking forward to what bungie is making for marathon

Yeah I’m in the same boat. There’s a part of the D2 community that’s so reactive and miserable. Regardless of Marathon they’d be on the forums whining about something.
