But First Descendent and Warframe don't require it at all , how do they get away with it but Bungie doesn't, could it be that Sony happens to own Bungie, and isn't going to take money out of there own pocket

That makes no sense, if anything they'd actually have a PS+ requirement for those games as well rather than just the one they own.

Paid subscription is required for xbox and playstation, they never changed it when destiny went free.

Actually you don't need to pay for Xbox Live for Destiny 2 at all. I play it on my TV all the time.

Yes, which also could mean that Pete Parsons agreed with it, Bungie has been real friendly to Sony since they departed MS I think individual devs have more say in that than we have been led to believe

You're right, it's nothing more than Bungie and Sony cahooting so they can double-dip on the Playstation players and no one else. Perfectly sound business strategy.

There is only 1 logical reason, Bungie is complicit in it, as is all other game devs that require it, maybe Sony shares the profits with them idk , but Warframe and First Descendent prove that it's optional and up to each individual company

I don't know, that's why I said it sounds like Sony is double-dipping. Your guess on why some games get a pass as opposed to others is better than any I could come up with. I've never played Warframe, is there any part that absolutely requires players to have a team to complete an activity like Destiny?
