Pretty simple solution.
Don't keep them all. Many combos suck/don't work well together.

So why not simplify it and have multiple combination in 1 just sayin

Because that requires them changing the game, whereas not-hoarding only requires a behavioral change on our part. One's much easier to do than the other.

Change is a good thing. Also multi perk items are in game so the idea is already there. Vanguard, crucible, gambit and adept raid weapons can have up to 6 perks on the right 2 columns. Most recent ones i believe are the adept Salvation edge weapons that come with 6 perks. Vanguard, crucible and gambit just requires multiple resets for multiple perks. Collectors like me just want the same option for our exotic class items. But I understand where you're coming from, they let go alot of their employees so change would be hard.
