Empire Hunt: The Technocrat
After defending the Ghost at the spire, my Ghost says it knows where Praksis is. But it does not provide any direction on where Praksis is. So, I went to where I killed him last time (through Bray Exoscience to the Eternal City). Praksis is not there. I abandoned the quest and did it again with the same result.
What am I missing?
