Well of radiance dropping damage output
So I am wondering if this is a thing. If you can't see the video, i am using izanagi's with catalyst and shoot a precision shot at brakion from a great distance and am receiving less damage in the well than without. It's also happening with other weapons as well. I had took off surges and any other buffs.

1 RispondiBungie are aware. Well of radiance counts as a super while dealing weapon damage in your own well - brakion has super damage reduction. If you're in someone elses well - you do buffed damage without the penalty as its not considered super damage.
