I mean the main ps4 account that I already have, with which I started playing and then continued with the pc. I have to change the email of the main one, that of ps4. So it won't give me any problems?

Bungie use a unique identifier given to them by PSN that identifies your account instead of them using email/playstation name etc If you were to be linking a completely different PlayStation account then you'd have issues
