You don't round up. Your base power level is 1557.
Now's a good time to do a +2 pinnacle and hope you get a 1559 drop in a 1557 slot.
That should boost your base to 1558.
From there, you can either do VoG and DSC for the powerful drops that will be at your base power, and hope you can get the remaining 1557 gear up to 1558, or you can go straight to running Vow of the Disciple for the +2 pinnacle drops that will drop at 1560.
