Go listen to denzel Washington. Hes no conservative who believes in family values. Hes also a practicing Christian
When asked about the subject of black youths in the US, and how to solve it his answer was "where are the fathers?" And where are their fathers? Is he wrong?
Also lil Wayne or whatwver his name is qas asked the same thing. He said that if blacka are so opressed how the hell did he become so famous?

Please stop twisting the narrative. Please listen to the vast majority of stories that do in fact talk about the struggle. I can give you many. I can give you my own. Yeah. Absent black fathers are a problem. But moreso, OUR LINE IS WAY BEHIND THE NORMAL STARTING LINE. THAT'S NOT A LIE.

Behind the starting line? How many wealthly african Americans did the US produce through capitalism ? Its harder to get a job as a white man vs a black man now days with affirmative action. We had a black man be potus. For not one but two terms. A well respected man in the world. For as you said starting further behind thats not true. You have the same opportunity as anyone else. Tons of poor white people out there. Stop looking for a boogeyman just because you can't fess up to your own issues. /panzy

The Good Lord has allowed me to be successful. I'm still young with 2 degrees, a fantastic job, a fantastic lady. Here's what you don't see: The racism I've had to experience as a child, teen, adult, and even now. In the workplace On the street At school The times where my parents were blatantly denied positions or ousted from theirs because of their skin color. The times or a cop had stopped me just to let me know that he's watching me and he has his eyes on me. And his eyes are looking for a reason for me to do something wrong. Despite all that, you really want to say to me my starting line is the same as yours? Boogeyman? what this tells me is that you don't understand my shoes, don't you dare try to walk in them. You listen that's what you do. Don't tell me how I walk my walk. I acknowledge the injustices that are happening across the world. And I know that there are people that are experiencing very bad things due to the circumstances that are going on around them. And I do not deny that those I need looking into. I've experienced far worse things in this world than many people. Not because of anything I've done that I can control. Not because I've done something wrong. Because of my skin color. Because I am black. Because of my skin color I am a threat now. You can tell me what you think a boogie man is when you have stared a cop in the eye who's looking for a reason to kill you. I have. Have you?

Actually, statistics say that black man are disproportionately murdered by cops every year. Statistics actually agree with me. It's fact homie. It's not emotion. You must be white and you must live in a very small town and you must bury your head in the ground. Because you can look this stuff up yourself easily. It's called Google. You keep telling me to grow up, but really it's you that needs to grow up and learn how to use the internet and learn how to pay attention. And let's get something straight. Some of the closest people have my family are police. People my friends groups, people in my church groups. I'm no way shape or form think all cops are bad. What I do think is that there is a disproportionately high amount of them who become cops for the power, and tend to get some kicks off killing people. And they tend to get away with that more with black people. There are countless cases across the entire nation for years now that's showcased this. Would you like a recent one? Breonna Taylor.

What struggle? You make it seem like blacks have the only struggles in the US. I guess my family who came here poor without anything escaping anti semitism with nothing to their names. They got by. Must been kusnthey were white. Right?
OUR LINE IS WAY BEHIND THE NORMAL STARTING LINE. THAT'S NOT A LIE.
Show me this starting line you speak of. The OP names some people and you shot him down? There are more names out there. Look at NFL players, NBA players, Baseball players. Actors and Actresses. TV show hosts, etc.... What so called starting line they form up at? Ill tell you, I dont remember a starting line. The narrative twisting is, everyone is holding up a criminals on a pedestal like they never done anything wrong.. If you a criminal, you are living by the sword and you just might happen to die by the sword..

If you a criminal, you are living by the sword and you just might happen to die by the sword..
I find it absolutely funny when people like you hold up the stars as if they are the standard. That is the problem. You're blinded. Very blinded. I work in a Fortune 500 company. I make great money. I live in a great place. Drive a great car. I am blessed. But I am not blind. From this your thoughts might be while he's successful so there must not be a problem. Here the things that you don't see: My name was chosen the way it is so I can get a job. If my name sounded even remotely black, the likelihood of me getting a job is a lot less. The likelihood of me getting into a fantastic school was a lot less if my name sounded even remotely black. That's reality. I have been stopped by police officers just from walking to a store just so they can let me know that they have their eye on me. I was working on my masters when this happened. I have been skipped over for promotions after being promised due to favoritism. There was nothing wrong in my work. That just is. I have been called n***** as a teenager just trying to work a summer job while he's going to college. Tell me, have you? I drive a 2018 Volkswagen Passat, and I have to be afraid that a cop is going to pull me over because he might think I've stolen the car. And if I am pulled over, I have to think whether or not I'm going to die to this police officer today or not. My brothers and I are the first one in our immediate family to go to college. Our parents did not go when they were younger. They didn't have the means to, and weren't even remotely told about it. It was just recently that they were able to get a degree. Have you ever gotten a look of disdain walking down the street simply because of the color of your skin? Because it happens to me pretty often when I'm simply walking from the car garage to my job in a corporate office. I and many, many of my family members do not have trust funds. They do not know or aren't given the means to get off their feet in being successful. Because we're black the system is built against us. Because we're black, society (majority white society) inherently thinks we're lesser or a threat. That is where our line starts. We have to overcome the ingrained built racism that is within society, within the system itself in order to get to where white people can begin. In even if we even get to that line, our road has so many more pitfalls and cliffs than A white person's. Some yeah, can be our faults, as with anyone. But some? No, not our faults. It's only because we look different.

Thats your problem right there... You drive a crap wagon. Let me guess. Its slammed down to it nuts and has a fart cannon on it the size of texas and a sound system thats louder than king kongs grawl. If you had a fortune 500 job like you say buddy, you would own a better car..... Just sayin

Pretty sure I paid 26 grand for this wonderful vehicle. Problem 😏? I really don't care for what type of car you don't like.

You wanna tell that I'm overreaching to: George Floyd Breonna Taylor Philando Castille Alton Sterling Michaelle Cusseaux Freddie Gray Janisha Fonville Eric Garner Akai Gurley Tamir Rice Michael Brown Tanisha Anderson +more Oh wait, they've all lost their lives to the people sworn to protect us. Right, must be paranoid.
Did you brother change his name also to get into collage or get a job?
Umm....no. But, he was profiled and laughed at when he went to visit the Big 10 school I went to by the registrar folks and people in charge of the program he was interested in. Which led him to a different school and a better path. He's doing great now despite what those folks thought of him.
Nor do I. what was your point?
Cool, it's a lot less so in the Black community. Dunno about yours.
Only in your mind it is that way. You have been told thats how it is and so you make it your reality. Again, its all in your head. the line starts with your thinking. Stop with the victim mentality (as times it seems like you have, but revert back to it because its easer) .
How dare you. If it were only in my mind I wouldn't have had the life experiences I've had up to this point. If it were only in my mind there wouldn't be a movement going on to be anti-racist. If it were only in my mind I wouldn't have the fear that I do. The anger that I do. Victim mentality? Homie, you don't know me. You don't know all that I've gone through. You don't know the plight of my people's struggles. You don't know the adversity we've had to face. From your answer, you've done nothing but display to me and everyone on here your ignorance. I'm not telling you this because I'm playing victim. I'm telling you this so you can change and understand. But after hitting the bottom of this, I can safely say that I want nothing to do with you, so I'll promptly mute you (and report, and do whatever to just....wow). You think this is a joke? You think we like saying the police are against us? We don't. You think we like saying we must "act white" to thrive? We don't. You think we like getting mad everytime someone thinks it's funny to say n****r to us? We don't. I wish it were only in my mind. But that isn't the case. And you're very ignorant and naive to think so. I want you to go and say to any Black person you meet "You're playing victim". I want you to go to the families of the people who have lost members of their families to the police that they are "playing victim". Go ahead.
I look different also, your point?
Here's my point: "I'm a resident of a nation that don't want me." That's fact. I'm a Black man in America. I'm automatically a threat. And that needs to change. Check yourself. Because you have zero understanding of this subject.
George floyd, was a horrible person Id list his crimes here but that would take to long You call other people ignorant yet you assume all cops are looking for an excuse to kill you, when there are probably more black men who want you dead then white men, You call every struggle racial injustice without any proof, grow up and get a brain while your at it

That's very cute. It's been months after this has been posted. Racial murder still racial murder, whether you like it or not. Get the f*** over that. Grow up? I'll grow up my people stop dying to cops. I'll grow up when I don't have to tell my children to conduct themselves in a certain way around police, and in certain predominantly white areas. I'll grow up when I stop getting looks of fear when I go into a Walmart. No fam, you grow up. From your comment, you are another one of these ignorant ones who don't understand why my people have been so pissed, and why the world woke up and was angry about it. And it's you're. Get one thing right at least.

Yeah homie. Looks of fear. No, you grow up. Get your buried head out of the mud and quit singing "la la la racism doesn't exist". You're part of the dn problem, and you don't even get that.
Holy crap. I've never seen ignorance of this level. This is.....wow. You have no idea what the hell you're talking about. Again. You do not get it. Yes, you are very blind and for some odd reason refuse to see facts laid out to you, and are twisting them. Let me break it down for you.
Im not blind. I just have a much broader view of things. I dont tend to be narrow minded.
Yes, you are blind. You're blatantly ignoring the systemic racism that is in America. There are countless resources available to you to educate you on this. I shouldn't have to list them for you. Do your research.
I call bull on this, you didn't change your name because because it sounded too black. Because you still had to go into an interview. and if there was really systemic racism, you wouldn't have gotten the job.
Again, also incorrect, and not even what I said. My name was chosen by my parents. In deciding my name, they needed to take into account that if my name sounded too black I may have a lesser chance in getting a good position in the future. I never said I changed my name. My parents had to think that. It wasn't a choice, that's what you don't get. It was a necessity. If I have kids, I don't want to have to think that. I don't want to have to do that.
Bull also, police just dont stop people to tell them they have their eye on them. They need a reason and must give you that reason.
Hahahahahahah ok. Yeah. this clinches it. You have no idea what you're talking about. YEAH. You're CLEARLY not Black. And must be burying your head in the sand.. This is a very normal occurrence to Black folk, dude. Maybe not your highest profile people you see in glamour, but it happens a whole lot. In fact, my brothers and sisters have been killed because of "suspicion". That's what you don't get.
Me too, it just happens.
Yeah...but when you're the only Black person on a team full of White folk getting promoted and you aren't after years...you start to question.
You want to tell me you honestly have called your friends that n word also.. Please dont tell me you are hurt when you might just have thrown that word around with your friends.
....THIS IS SOME NEXT LEVEL SH*T. HOLY HELL. Are you this oblivious? N****r is used as derogatory term on Black people created by White people. It was created during slave times as a reference to Black slaves. NO, we do not call each other that, and actually I preferred not to refer to my friends as n***a. And, on that note, it's straight up ignorance to sit there and think I just had Black friends. If any one of my White friends or non-black friends ever said that, they would be corrected with a quickness. And if someone said that to me outside my group, yeah, we'd have some problems. So it doesn't make it okay to scream out n****r to a Black 18 year old as an adult.
Yeah, by black people when I walk into a liquor store. But that just could be my take on it. Maybe they are not really looking at me in a disdain way. Maybe just how they look.
Cool. Yeah I get that going to work. In my office. At least once a week (in non-covid time). You don’t like something or someone critique you, you wine and cry. Just shows how simple and singles minded you are. Good job.
