Bungie’s already reworked solar subclasses, why not void?
Warlock void subclass trees:
Top tree(chaos): nova bomb is cool and all but it has no neutral game.
Middle tree(fission): nova warp got completely squashed. It’s currently the least used and worst super in the game. Handheld supernova got over nerfed too, and now reliably kills you. Don’t even say anything about “risk/reward”, because there’s nothing else in the game that has any kind of risk like handheld.
Bottom tree(devour): devour is great, but the super is terrible. It’s literally a bigger vortex grenade. The melee needs to trigger on hits rather than kills, and maybe have only eating your grenade trigger devour, while meleeing just heals you.
And please, fix blink.
Titans:
Top tree(ward of dawn): people only use this tree for ward of dawn or maybe the melee. It could have more.
Middle tree(banner shield): a bigger shield. That’s it. Same as bottom tree. Needs more.
Bottom tree(shield bash): only used for shield bash. That’s it. Needs more interesting abilities.
Hunters:
Here’s where things get complicated.
Pvp rankings of subclasses:
Nightstalker
Gunslinger
Striker
Arcstrider
Stormcaller
Voidwalker
Sunbreaker
Dawnblade
Sentinel
I see a major problem here.
Nightstalker should not be that high.
Top tree(trapper): make the super more geared towards setting a trap for someone rather than being a panic super. Take the enhanced radar and make it a ghost shell perk, replace it with something else. And let us destroy the tether so we can get out rather than spamming jump.
Middle tree(spectral blades): the super is OP. It has invisibility, insane hit detection(will track 20 meters away and 50 miles into the air), still too much super armor, and you can zoom across the map waaay too fast. Definitely needs changes.
Bottom tree(mobius quiver):
Okay.
Mobius quiver.
Stop.
It’s literally built for spamming.
It should not kill on a direct hit, either.
Oh, and, nerf invis so it doesn’t last as long. Not being on radar is too powerful.
And smoke bomb should NOT slow you and blind you. That’s basically a mini-tether.
We really need a void week
to anyone saying “you’re just biased”, no, tether and spectral blades are two of the best supers in the game. Don’t try to defend them. They are broken.
This is hilarious, asking for buffs for already super strong titan classes and asking for nerfs on a subclass thats only thing is invis which is easily spotted or spectral which has an ok super you can easily shotgun and occasional wallhacks for 3 seconds

Take the enhanced radar and make it a ghost shell perk, replace it with something else. And let us destroy the tether so we can get out rather than spamming jump.
It’s already geared towards trapping, how would you even make it “more geared towards trapping”? Also you can destroy tether. You can literally shoot the anchor and it goes down in no time.
Middle tree(spectral blades): the super is OP. It has invisibility, insane hit detection(will track 20 meters away and 50 miles into the air), still too much super armor, and you can zoom across the map waaay too fast. Definitely needs changes.
Spectral? Invisibility? You literally black and purple, you’re even easier to see than normal invisibility. Not to mention that you have this whole mist aura around you that leaves a trail and it make a hissing sound then closer the super gets to you and your screen starts turning purple. The supers hit detection it about as good as Sentinel’s, meaning: on the ground you’re not gonna hit anything all that consistently. In the air you have better hit detection. Zoom across the map? You sprint at the same speed as other supers. If you light attack spam you’re super finishes quicker than any other roaming super in the game excluding Golden gun.
Bottom tree(mobius quiver): Okay. Mobius quiver. Stop. It’s literally built for spamming. It should not kill on a direct hit, either.
Yeah it used to not kill in one hit, and it was DOG SHIT. You would get killed before you could even fire the second arrow. Hell it doesn’t even track, in fact it drifts to the right of where you’re aiming pretty quickly so you need to aim left of your enemy in order to hit them.
Oh, and, nerf invis so it doesn’t last as long. Not being on radar is too powerful. And smoke bomb should NOT slow you and blind you. That’s basically a mini-tether.
...So what happens to invisibility once you start appearing on the radar? What would be the point of EVER using this thing? You’re already easy to see, and now they see you on the radar too. You do realize that it’s meant let you reposition without anyone knowing. How are you gonna do that if the enemy sees exactly where you’re going on the radar? You might as well not activate it. As for smoke you can jump out of it. That’s the whole reason why the “wombo combo” isn’t a thing anymore. I was agreeing with you right up until you hit Hunters. Your Hunter nerfs were the most “I hate this subclass and I want it dead” type of bias post I have ever seen in my life. I knew you had no idea what you were talking about for the moment I saw your Top tree tether section, and it only got worse from there.

12 RisposteLook dude, if you want warlocks buffed and hunters nerfed just say so. Don't try and disguise it behind a "void week"
-
Middle tree night stalker I can see an argument for but you think tether is op?
-
Sentinel needs to have its hitboxes fixed as a whole. Swings hitting at point blank and doing literally no damage sucks. Top tree sentinel should keep its melee damage buff after its shield is gone (because of damage, not timing out). The flat heal from the melee could reach a little further to heal your allies. Middle tree sentinel could use a reduction on the cooldown to its detonators because killing groups of enemies immediately only gives 1 kills worth of energy. Also they should increase the bonus damage granted for shooting through sentinel shield because it still sucks. Maybe increase the damage of the detonators in pve or make them a bit easier to detonate against tankier targets (because they won't go off against big boys). Bottom tree should tell you when you are being surrounded (because of its perk) and the number of opponents up to the max amount that grant bonus super energy. Then being surrounded should grant additional melee energy per kill based on the number of targets. 1 target=5%. 2 targets=7%. 3 targets=10%. 4+ targets up to 25%.

Modificato da TheLastNerf: 4/29/2020 11:00:30 PMonly the resistance on spectral is powerful to compensate for how close you need to be to kill anyone on the ground. If you think tether is OP you are a terrible player, anyone can counter it. If you think one class being rated high means all subclass paths of that class are highly effective you don't pay attention and you don't play enough
-
2 RisposteGet a grip. Nerf invisibilty, why? Cant you see the shimmering blue effect?
-
15 RisposteYea, it sounds like you just want hunters nerfed Love how biased you are
-
2 RisposteMy guy you need to play more pvp if you think any form of tether is op
-
1 RispondiSo you want to to nerf bottoms tree Sentinel? Shield Bash has been broken since the released the subclass. It only connects half the time. The hit registration on SBash is by far the worst in the game the only thing that makes it with using is the shield throw so that would practically nerf the tree into the ground. LoL Sentinel is already the least played Subclass in D2. No need to make it worse.

Modificato da HolyRoller1313: 4/29/2020 5:52:35 PMHonestly, the problem isn’t that Hunters are super OP. They are just the most well made and fleshed out class. Everything has a goal and every perk works with and supports other perks thereby supporting the Hunter. It makes for a very fluid and fun experience. It has great subclass trees and great supers. The real problem is that Titans and especially Warlocks just didn’t get that same loving treatment. The perks are clunky and there’s always a price or an incentive NOT to use an ability, thereby limiting the gameplay’s fluidity and fun factor. That or some perks are just totally useless. Hunters don’t need to be nerfed. The other classes need to be brought up with them. Buffs won’t do it, it’s got to be class reworks. The common thing for people to say about Voidwalker is that top tree’s super does a bunch of damage, so it MUST be super amazing right? Okay that’s true, but what about everything else in the tree? It isn’t an excuse for the rest of it being clunky. I mean, Bloom only affects thralls hugging each other lol. Titan middle tree got what bloom should have been, and even that tree has its issues. Point is, none of the classes need nerfing. It won’t help the situation. They should leave Hunters alone, and start thinking about how to make the other classes better. Also Darkness subclasses because boy would that be great! P.S. can we also talk about about enemies will literally stand still and wait for bottom tree Nova Bomb’s vortex be done? Like they just stand there. They’ll walk right into a grenade, but they see that and somehow it makes them nope tf out of there lol. Even bosses will high-tail away from it! 😂

4 RisposteAn accurate title would be Pathetic Whine Post.

36 RisposteThis post summarized. Warlocks are weak and need a buff. Nerf hunters because i am salty. Stop nerfing everything about hunter for no reason other than you being bad. Invis is useless and everyone knows it. Tether is useless if it doesnt 1 shot. Smoke should slow and blind...IT IS A DEBILITATING SMOKE!!!...that is like saying a flashbang shouldnt blind.
-
I only use tether for it's debuff, so i don't need tractor cannon. If someone else has debuff I do a dps super, maybe with lumina for the added buff. Night stalker is the only class on hunter that has a debuff, if that wasn't the case than I would use other classes more. Like for example if arc strider could have a super that impales a boss with a large javelin causing a buff+bleed damage( sort of weapon of light buff ), than someone else could run teather or melting point.
-
All the Voidwalker trees could be reworked except devour. Sentinel need hit registration fixed I'm not exactly sure why you want Tether nerfed.
-
Warlock's are the only class that does not have a "super cancelling" capability. Titans have a grenade, hunters have a super that cancels and regens the super and can kill. Warlock's? Yeah, they can use a Nova bomb to stop a super, but no return of energy without the skull (which was nerfed into oblivion). I guess a warlock ability that would cancel a super may be considered by other classe mains as "unbalanced", but it seems we have to use our super to cancel others vs. what the other two classes currently can employ. I suggest that a reduction in the HHSN damage (and to not inflict self damage) to make it super cancelling vs. it's current craptastic state? I have been killed more via self damage on HHSN than by others using it during this season (approximately 3 times in about 50 or 60 crucible matches) It has been over-nerfed IMO. This could be a viable/balanced fix. Others may disagree, as evidenced by how it had become open-season for all the shotgun aping that is taking place this season, as opposed to last season.

Is this a joke

6 Risposte...warlocks are fine.
-
Why nerf tether? It kinda underwhelmed though in pvp. Top tree which was suppose to be a trap is just anhugh glowing purple ball and it is impossible to not notice. Not to mention activating the super make you vulnurable to sniper shot because of fix vertical jump which is easily predictable.
-
2 RisposteYou said 'let us destroy the tether so we don't have to spam jump' You CAN destroy it, by shooting it at the base.
-
1 RispondiYou touch my nova top tree we have a problem. I love how much damage it does
-
Void lock is def the most boring to use at the moment
-
With bottom tree nova, you forgot that the vortex on it and the grenade also pushes enemies out so if your target doesn't die to the initial hit, it probably won't at all.
