The Magician invitation is broken
so with how the game is set up right now, the invitation of the nine quest, the magician, is impossible to finish. You need to get 9 cabal samples ON Io, problem is cabal don't spawn on Io. At all. There is the injection rig public event that seems to no longer appear. The seraph tower spawns vex. There are no lost sectors with cabal. This problem needs to be addressed as I have been looking up a way to finish this and I have seen posts going back over a year saying that this quest is no longer capable of being completed. BUNGIE FIX THIS PROBLEM
