I haven't had so much fun maybe since forsaken launched !!!
The mission was so intense and extremely cool so I put my ultra sweat pve pants on and went to town on the thrall.
Solo flawless it after couple of fails and had a blast.
Thank u for not putting a timer on it.
It was really intense even without a timer

1 Rispondi.... the mission was a joke lol way to easy for endgame content.

7 RisposteGiven that you have just now finished it, its probably a good thing that they didnt have a timer on it. Did you get lost?
-
I agree. Timers should be for the heroic version or for a catalyst. Something to “work for.” No timer = no pressure and 100% fun. The last shreekers got me and I re-spawned at thd beginning. Took me 10 minutes to find why way back again. But the boss was there and I got him. Those last two shreekers certinallg make it a challenge, but I did it in 45 mins. Couldn’t have done that with a timer. Keep it up Bungie. #TimersareHeroic

1 RispondiLol, it could have been good, it just needed to be far more challenging. It was about as difficult as a story mission. Would liked to have seen something similar to the Whisper / outbreak prime mission...
-
1 RispondiI loved the quest it so so great. The reason I enjoyed the fact there was no timer. Was because It allowed me to explore and take in all the beautiful details of it. When there is a timer it forces you to rush through it all and you don’t get to sit back and actually take in and enjoy the design of it all.

6 RisposteIntense!? You're part of the reason we can't get challenging content. This mission was by far one of the easiest in the game, especially for an exotic. And yet, you're calling it intense smh Bungie, this mission was boringly easy, please ignore OP and make the next throwback exotic actually challenging to obtain.

105 RisposteReading the responses here very clearly shows the disparity between the two player groups in Destiny. I do not envy Bungie the task of balancing this game for both people who want to have a relaxing gameplay experience and those who want a more intense challenge. And both are fine. If someone wants to enjoy the mechanics and are looking for an immersive world without unnecessary stress, great. If someone wants to dive into a frantic firefight with hordes of enemies and a timer that continuously counts down towards success or failure, also fine. What is not fine is becoming a complete fcking monster just because someone has a different opinion than you. If someone enjoys something, don’t flex your imaginary awesomeness by telling them they’re stupid. If something isn’t “challenging” enough for you, don’t be such an epic tool and insult them for being casual just because you need validation in your life. There are more important things to be “good” at. Destiny doesn’t have to be a complete hardcore nightmare for people to be happy. On the other hand, if someone wants a higher level of difficulty, don’t “cleverly” suggest that they never bathe or live on the couch or don’t go outside. Plenty of people lead meaningful lives and naturally crave a more intense experience. My personal opinion is that Destiny shouldn’t cater simply to the “hardcore”. Too many different types of people play this game. Making it that much more difficult and tedious will only drive people away and create a barrier to entry. Could it be more challenging? Sure. But challenging in creative ways that both satisfy the hardcore itch and entice the more relaxed players to give it a shot as well. A timer does not add a challenge. It simply adds stress. A challenge would be a level design that forces you to think about how to move to survive, or enemies that require you to be smart about your tactics. A timer is just a lazy way of adding “difficulty” without actually having to do the work. I hope Bungie continues to try to balance Destiny for both sides. I hope they don’t just give up and cater to one over the other. The game doesn’t need to be easier but it also doesn’t need to be a tedious nightmare. It’s possible to include both. The option for heroic versions of activities is a good start. But please, regardless of the current situation, if someone has an opinion that you disagree with, don’t be a piece of sh-t and try to shout them down just to feel better about yourself. It makes you look really stupid.

The music is SO GOOD! Metal AF! Destiny as a whole has some of my favorite game OSTs in general. Thank the team for us for continuing to deliver AMAZING soundtracks one season after another.
-
Lmao there is a timer. I have 2 tributes and no mats at all. 100 shards no cores. So tell me when do you think I'll be getting mine ? At this rate 80% discount maybe.

Any content involving the Taken gets an automatic 👎 from me.
-
Im with ya. Timer as a tool to make missikn harder...so cheap, gyes :/

2 RisposteModificato da DOCTORWHO-LEGACY: 7/18/2019 4:59:54 PMI hate zero hour cause of the timer. Same with the whisper. Wouldve worked better if normal was not timed and Heroic was timed
-
3 RisposteWhat I like about it, is that you can either choose to make it hard for yourself, and still have a rewarding activity. The solo flawless emblem stands for that. Just want the gun? Cool, LFG a fireteam and breeze through. Want to be badass and still feel rewarded? There's your emblem. I really like this system.

The concept and design is amazing. The only thing I disliked were the respawns and the shrikers (the traveler may curse them all)
-
6 RisposteI hate timers. That said, I thought the Other Side mission was far too easy. THAT said..I do think TOS mission is a fantastic intro for players who want to challenge themselves in Shattered Throne. Soloing ST at level, was one of the top highlights of my Destiny career. Lol. I thoroughly enjoyed that. I tried and learned for 2 days to beat that Ogre. 🖕 that ogre
-
1 RispondiIt's too easy tho. But a very very nice mission
-
Lol great? I felt like instead of mission it should have been handed to me at post master. So easy and simple. Love the setting but the challenge was super lacking.
-
"I put my ultra sweat pve pants on" But you're complaining that a timer makes it too hard lol This mission is easy as Hell to solo
-
2 RisposteGo tattoo it on their -blam!-ing forheads. Especially on the ones responsible for Reckoning and trash matchmaking.
-
19 RisposteApparently “easy” is synonymous with “great” now
-
51 RisposteA timer is just a lazy designers way of saying they aren’t creative enough to make challenging content.
-
7 RisposteJust want to throw this out there. I can only speak for myself but, I very much enjoyed Zero Hour and whisper missions. I have no problem with the bad juju mission. I’m not going to complain that there’s no challenge to get bad juju. Please don’t cry the next time there’s a timed mission for an exotic. Thank you.
-
The best part was the infinite ghost dog things that spawn in near the blights. Finished my sunshot catalyst in no time.
-
Where is Bungies reply?
-
1 RispondiBecause hitting the fire button is amazing
