It specifically takes the FIRST TWO headshots and then a bodyshot of Luna's whatever to kill a target, while it takes just ONE HEADSHOT and ONE BODYSHOT from the bow and hand cannon to kill a target. 2. It's not worth wasting your time to get or using a handcannon that can "three tap" as it's fastest ttk, but ONLY by very specific means, it's either HIT HIT hit or miss when you could just use this method instead to get quicker kills by simpler means, or maybe just use a SHOTGUN. 3.
