On two of my characters I have the second ballistics log with no powerful frame available from Ada.
On my Hunter I was able to acquire my second powerful frame from Ada to complete and get the piece of armor. But on my Hunter and warlock after I attained the second ballistics log, Ada did not have a powerful frame to purchase for me. Why? Now I can't get the armor piece on those characters this week. Please help.
