1 Masterwork core for 2,000+ Legendary Shards?
This is after buying 8 cores.
So total purchase is
1st core = 10 shards
2nd core = 20 shards
3rd core = 40 shards
4th core = 80 shards
5th core = 160 shards
6th core = 320 shards
7th core = 640 shards
8th core = 1280 shards
Total = 2,550 shards for 8 cores if you want to buy them from spider in 1 day.

12 RisposteBungie are very quick to NERF the Sleeper yet the whole games economy is absolutely broken because some DEV thought using MW Cores to infuse level gear is actually Masterworking it , then decides oh we will charge obscene amounts for it

5 RisposteI really don't understand the mentality of some people. So what if I want to use the same gear all the time? It doesn't affect you in anyway, so why do you wan't to make infusing gear such a pain? Either buff the drop rate of masterwork cores DRAMATICALLY or remove them from infusion altogether.

I had a bit of a stockpile but that has since dried up due to the new infusion system. Masterwork cores to ‘masterwork’ weapons and armour makes sense but consuming masterwork cores for infusion is just plain stupid but I can see why Bungie would implement such a system and it’s pretty blatant why.

Thats really stupid, like awful stupid. Infusion already costs more shards but this? Why did they have to change it? Old infusion was so much better. Masterworks should have never been added.

Before one of Bungie’s update, I was able to use my other character to buy masterwork cores starting at 10 shards. So I’d buy 3 cores @70 shards with my warlock, then buy 3 cores @70 shards with my Titan. Once they dropped the update, my other character will see the cost of purchasing a core starting at 80 shards. I don’t get why Bungie punishes players with multiple characters.

6 RisposteMasterwork cores need to... A. Be removed from infusion cost. B. Easier to obtain (less rare) I'm tired of having crappy high light gear in my inventory, just waiting to be infused.

They are called masterwork cores for a reason When did they change to infusion cores because last time i checked they were still called masterwork cores. It needs changing thats for sure.

MW is starting to really put me off the game. Make it 25 shards each permanent or something. Just makes legends all blues trying to even get to exploring new areas

6 RisposteIf you were to stick to the “reasonable” concept of buying 2-3 cores per day, it would take you upwards to 14 days to infuse each piece of equipped armor and weapon ONCE. That’s broken as -blam!-.
