My son passed away...
I just wanted to let everyone at Bungie know that my son passed away 2 weeks ago. he was very ill mentally and Bungie had banned his account permanently. he was so upset over it that he overdosed and was hospitalized for nearly a month. I managed to contact Bungie and spoke with them but they could not do anything to help him. legally there is nothing i can do but i would just like you to know that God is watching and he sees how you failed to help my boy. You probably assumed it was a joke or something but your failure to at least try to help him has really disappointed me and devastated my family. I am not going to be mean because I am above that, I just thought you should know however and may the memory and loss of my son grace your conscience for the rest of your life.

2 RisposteI'm conflicted as to whether or not I want this to be fake. I hope it's fake only in the sense that as a parent, it would be horrible to lose your child. But at the same time, only an absolute piece of shit would make something like this up in order to get their account unbanned. I don't want to believe that there are assholes out there that would do this.

5 RisposteThat may be so and it is definitely sad and unfortunate that your son passed, but don't even try to pin this shit on me or anyone else here. How are we supposed to help someone with their mental issues if we are physically unable to communicate with them in any way? And if he was [i]permanently[/i] banned, he obviously did something to deserve it. That's not on us, it's on him. And I don't care if i come off as insensitive or an absolute cu[u][/u]nt. You can't reasonably blame anyone here for your son.

3 Risposte1: If this is real, I’m sorry for your loss, but trying to hold Bungie responsible is wrong. Permanent bans happen for legitimate reasons and if your son was banned, then he most likely violated the code of conduct and brought the ban on himself. Again, I’m sorry for your loss, but blaming a company for enforcing their rules is a poor attempt to assign blame for a tragedy. 2: If this is a prank, stop it!! It is not funny.
