Should Mythoclast be an automatic drop for Atheon Challenge Completion?
I completed the challenge with a fire team today and to my surprise NO ONE got the Mythoclast.
In all my raiding days I've never seen it where not a single soul received a Mythoclast.
Imo, upon completion of what Bungie has said is the hardest raid challenge yet, the Mythoclast should be a guaranteed drop.
I can understand if you don't do the challenge then the Mythoclast dropping should be up to RNG, but to jump through the hoops of the challenge only for the game to be like le nope, yeah that's a tad aggravating.
What's your opinion on the subject?

I rarely ever saw people get one and I didn't get my y1 Vex until december 14, 2014 mid day from VoG after it got nerfed once but still good AF. And no it shouldn't be, I'm glad it wasn't questified either and kept like the og one, that gun remains as one of the most unforgiving drop rate guns in exotic history aside from getting whatever gun u never got until HoW which for me that was Hard Light because I missed xur when he sold it. But point is. The gun shouldn't and never will be guaranteed. If you want the gun then grind it over and over like everyone else, you said you fell in love with and all but so did I. Sucks I didn't get it but someone else did yesterday so just keep grinding

I think these type of posts are what's wrong with destiny yr 2-3 .. Everyone wants every gun, and every piece of armor on their first 2-3 completions ..!! Wtf is wrong with u.? This is a game of rng and loot, the whole point of playing is to try and get the good stuff, u have to at least try and pretend to work for it..!! Bungie has already completely revamped this game for the casual player after yr 1.., it's so damn easy now it's sickening so stop complaining about not getting the Vex on ur very first completion ..!!!

3 RisposteI think completing the raid and challenges should grant you all the weapons and armour as well as shaders, sparrows and ships. While we are at it can we make the raids easier so it's less hard beating the game dears?

1 RispondiI might not get it this week but it should stay the way it is. Not everyone should have it, if you want it work for it. I farmed VoG for Months in year 1 and will do it again if I have to.

Id like it to stay random like year 1. Now I say this as someone who wanted the helmet in year 1 so I could be level 30 but instead got the mythoclast in its prime before the nerfs nuked it. I'd like to be surprise plus it gives me incentive to keep playing.
