Toc. I figured it out.
I had 3 Toc at the beginning of the day, i used them all & got 3 exotics. My method is to use 1 in the middle of the boss fight in a strike, i think the more risk involved in using 1 then the better your chances of getting an exotic. The level of the strike may also factor in aswell as i was doing 36,s & a 41. My buddy has been using this method on level 20s & hes basically getting a 1 in 5 drop ratio. Im 3 for 3, cant wait for xur. :)

You figured out nothing. You can't make inferences from a sample size of three. Try ten thousand and you could actually draw some sort of conclusions.
