It happens. So, before you battle; close down the app and open it back up. And you should have no problem with it crashing and you losing the match. The other thing you should do; don't battle more than 5 times in a row. Even if you're on a winning streak, you'll start to get matched up against harder players. So it's better to play periodically. 2-3 battles, wait, play later. If you're on a losing streak of 2-3+? Stop playing for a bit and wait.

1 RispondiI gave up those mobile games a long time ago. You should consider it too since Supercell has gotten greedy over the years. Best of luck to you.

1 RispondiActually I don't believe you won't lose progress. If you have a Game Center account (assuming you're on iOS) then the progress of the account will stay, and you can delete the game al you want
