You can't kill a gorgon.
I was doing vault of glass for No Time To Explain and some kid in the group from lfg chimes in and asks if we could kill a gorgon. I said no its literally impossible. At that point, we got into an argument about whether it was possible or not. Eventually the team just broke up because we had been arguing for 30 minutes. To beat it all, I still haven't killed Atheon. I'd really like to kill him for no time to explain and a chance at fatebringer. Also, a side question: since I'm getting NTTE, will that use up my chance of an exotic so I could actually get fatebringer?
Edit: if you came to watch the world burn, I'm serving popcorn and drinks in the back.

1 RispondiFirst you can kill a gorgon. You get a grimore and nothing else, and you get fatebringer from a Hard Templar.

Also remember to kill Xylar the timeless while your doing the vault.

Was technically glitched though, still made the three of us that was glitched in the the group very happy. Slightly anoyed the rest because we killed them for about thirty minutes or so. No idea how the glitch happened.

Gorgons can be killed. Quite easily now actually with higher light and swords.

5 RisposteDid you play in year 1? You must not have remember the night hawk, Gjallarhorns and shotguns on the gorgons if so, I killed 4 in a row before

Killed 8 in one run :) keep tryin! They get harder as you kill more! Shotguns or swords work best

2 RisposteIn year one it was possible not sure about now might have been made so it is impossible. On normal it uses to take 6 gallihorns (I know this is miss spelled) shots and a about two night Hank powered up golden guns to kill so if possible now proable six to ten sleeper simulat shot and the same number of golden guns.

You can kill a Gorgon IV killed 3 gorgons in one run in year one with gjhallahorns and if u had a team full of 310+ sleeper simulants u could definitely still kill a gorgon I have 3 315 characters in don't NTTE but if your on ps4 and need help with it add clay1336

I remember one time me and 5 other guys all equipped with gjhallorhorn ran through the maze blasting every gorgon. It was hilarious. Except they become invulnerable after a few kills but it was fun
