What makes raid teams bad is know it balls that naturally suck at the game even though they have done the raid before, and also that they can't stay alive for a full boss fight

People not wanting to listen or do their job. Had one guy not detonate their bomb and said " i should've gotten it ". They're is no should've. You have to get the bomb.

Zero communication. Telling the new guy you will help, then ignore them, holding everyone back. Shit like that.

Not knowing how to do nothing for 20 minutes then jump off the edge. That's what all the youtube videos show people doing. Vidoes of Quake III Arena 1 V 1 have more action in the first 2 minutes than a video of a whole raid.

The only time I've ever been in a bad raid team is when I play with all my friends. They blame everything on me and they're always yelling at me, telling me I suck at games. Then I end up muting the whole party and we down Oryx first try as they try to yell at me in vain. It's a psychological thing I think, I never perform my best when I play with them. Funny thing is, whenever I don't raid with those guys, I always manage to clear the whole raid with one or two wipes total, from fresh. I think it's just that a few of them are bad at the raid, because there's a few from my friends that I can play with and not suck with. Even in PvP though, if I play with those guys, I'm lucky to break past 1.0 kd. When I play alone or with randoms I suck if I get lower than a 2.5 kd. Actually, I can't tell if it's a psychological thing or if they just pin all their problems on me. Anyone have the same issue? Suck at playing with friends, but you're a god solo or with randoms? I thought communication was supposed to help me, not hurt me.
