We divide 13 by 3 and get 4.33333333 infinitely so I'll just bump it up to 4.5. 4.5 feet per second is roughly 3 miles per hour. Not the fastest moving object but faster than me in 6th grade. I am unfortunately unable to provide evidence to my claims but if you have any evidence that contradicts mine then just show it and I'll adjusts my results accordingly.
