Worst thing you've ever seen?
Can be on the internet or in real life.
Besides meatspin. I was in theatre for the urology department. I saw them open penises up like fridge doors. Pull out testes, burn the flesh, open the scortum and insert the testes. Not to mention them shoving cameras down the urethra. I don't even want to describe the female operations.

As I got onto the ramp of the highway I saw a line of about twenty cars at a standstill with the flashing lights of a cop car at the head. The pace was slow, but steady. When I reached the end of the line, curiosity had taken hold and I had to see what happened. I glanced out of the driver side window. Gore, what I saw was gore. Quickly looking back to the road I assumed that a deer had been struck, but there was something wrong with this notion. Something told me that wasn't right. I looked back again, this time for longer. The light from the patrol car echoed off the flesh and bone. I could not stop looking. It was entrancing, yet all I could think was "Do deers wear t-shirts?". Turns out some guy wanted it end it right then and there on that 3 lane highway. I will not forget that.

When I was in drivers ed, our teacher put up a video to encourage us to be safe drivers. That video was literaly 30 minutes of dead people who were ripped apart, burned, smashed, decapitated,etc. It was wierd.
