Have you heard that there is more to supporting a game on a platform than just making sure 1 anticheat half way works?
if you want to help becuase my pc can't run windows 11
Thats a whole lot of you problem. Expecting devs to make changes due to your underperforming pc is a bit entitled.
i love destiny as lots of other linux users do if you want to fix this and it might boost player count in the long term
Linux makes up less than 3 percent of all desktop pc installs and only a small percentage of them game. If you go by Steam's numbers only 3.7 percent of all Steam users play on linux and most of that install base is on Steamdeck. But even then, only a percentage of that base would play destiny 2, and even fewer havent already purchased it so very little to no return on investment. To earn this massisve percent of a percent of 3 percent, Bungie will have to spend resources to reconfigure their in house systems to function on the 32 flavors of OS that claim to be Linux, Write KB articles for support, uptrain their QA, Player Support, and Security teams on at least the common issues that will arise. After all that, they will most likely encounter the very same issue that drove Apex Legends to drop support shortly after starting.
windows since ai slop has became out of control on windows 11 it got my system 32 deleted for crying out load
If something deleted your system32, you downloaded something bad.
yes as a linux arch user
Ahh yes, the cross fit of the linux community. Q: How do you know someone uses Arch Linux? A: Dont worry, they will tell you.
