What is up with Vanguard Alert challenges?
We're currently in the fourth week of vanguard alerts.
In week one, there were three fireteam challenges and three arena challenges, but I wasn't paying attention to crucible. In week two, there was only one arena challenge, even though it said "1/3" there was no 2/3 after I completed it, and there was definitely at least one crucible challenge. In week three, there were [i]two[/i] arena ops challenges – when I completed 1/3 it went straight to 3/3 – and no crucible challenges. This week there are no fireteam ops challenges but the crucible challenge is back.
What on earth is going on? Is any of this intentional?

Likely it's a curious case of bungie doesn't know what the f*** they're doing to their own game. Example the first few weeks of dawn and we had a challenge complete 3 snowball events 3 time for prisms. Last week the challenge was gone never reset at reset..

Nah the game just goes wonky this time of year every year because most of Bungie's employees are taking off for the holidays.
