I still have not received my name change token.
My name was changed and was told I would receive a token but even when I change it to something other than the name I had before I am not allowed to. Please help. Thank you!

5 RisposteBungie issued the tokens a few weeks ago universally to all accounts. Keep in mind they are not an item, just a permission to change one's name. To change one's name the new name must be in alignment with the Code of Conduct and Bungie name policy.
