361 days a year anyone can: Weapons: use whatever whenever PVP: unless your in comp, use whatever, play how you like Subclasses: all great and pretty damn useable in all content PVE:,so easy you can do it mostly all solo, no challenge whatsoever, which can be fun at times Twice a year the best players in the world have 1 thing to look forward to, obsess about, grind towards, and feel proud about. Please just give us that. The game is so easy, raids can be soloed, dungeons easily soloed, enemy’s have no health, master or GM content isn’t really that hard either. And you know what, I hate that, but I accept it because it’s what YOU want, you can have it for 99.3% of the year. But please please please for that other 0.7% of the year, just let us have contest mode. Don’t tell bungie to “make it easier” cause the whole -blam!- game is easier. You have eternity minus 2 days to play the raid easily. We get no rewards that at some point you won’t get asides from pride, an emblem, and some triumphs, that’s not a whole lot. So why do we do it? Because games nowadays are not that difficult, so when the highest level of gamers are given literally 2 days every 6 months to take all that practice and time investment, and put it towards something, please just leave us alone. Don’t complain on twitter or forums, don’t say it was too hard, don’t be that guy. Either: get good and give it a try, sit back and watch, or shut up. Only 4,500 teams completed contest, if you tried and didn’t complete contest, good for trying. But don’t blame bungie that you didn’t beat it. I am curious too see where most teams got stuck or gave up. But this is a serious thing that should be taken seriously, people take off work, school, and is important to so many people. So when we get something like RON that is so damn easy, it feels like it’s a waist of our time when we could have had a challenge instead. TLDR: leave elitest alone, we have 4 days a year, either get good or shut up
