It won’t let me insert a picture, but my fiancé and I bought Beyond Light. Played the story. And quit playing for about a year in a half, and we come back and found that our Beyond Light DLC was missing. We go to click on Europa and it says that we have to buy it. I bought silver to buy it. My fiancé bought the DLC shortly after it came out.
I clicked on the empty space above and tried inserting images, but it only took the words from my tv screen where my purchase history is for the silver I bought. This thing will not allow me to insert a photo.
Unless somebody can send me an email, and I can send a photo of mine and a photo of my fiancé’s, [redacted], of his purchase history. Other than that I can’t send a photo through this, it won’t let me. Is there anyway we can get our DLC’s back without happening to purchase it again? We also have this ball? looking thing in our inventory to also show that we had and played on Europa. We even had new super. For my Hunter, I believe I have the ice super but I can’t click on it bc it is grayed out like it is there but not an option.
Help us please?!

Modificato da ADragonWithin: 8/25/2023 12:02:30 AMDLCs are not currently, nor have they ever been, purchasable with Silver. If you want to share a picture, you can do so by uploading the file to an image hosting site, such as imgur, and then providing a link to the picture. If the picture contains personally identifiable information or things such as credit card numbers, etc, please pm the image to me instead of linking it on the public forum. Season Passes and Dungeon Passes can be purchased with Silver, but not actual DLC such as the Forsaken Pack, Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, the 30th Anniversary Pack, Witch Queen, or Lightfall. Please note that many of the DLCs were either on Gamepass, or were playable for free for a free-play time around the time Witch Queen launched. Both of those no longer have the Destiny 2 content available, so if you were accessing them through Gamepass or at the time of the free-play period, you'll no longer have access to them now. Unfortunately, having played the content is not evidence of having owned it. If you actually purchased the DLC, it'll be in your purchase history on the platform you purchased it on. If you purchased the DLC and it is in your purchase history, but the licenses are not available for you to use, you can try to refresh the licenses with a cache clear; otherwise you'll need to contact the platform help that you purchased it on.
