Missed the mark for master VoD
Adept weapons are trash. Don't drop with enhanced perks. Can't craft them. 100% cosmetic trash 😆

12 RisposteYou know whats a missed mark? Catering content to literally 0,1 % of the entire playerbase. Master content is irrelevant to 99,99999999999 % of the playerbase. Yet they cater most of their content to the tiny hardcore minority. They need to stop wasting valuable dev resources on content made for streamers and unemployed players.

4 RisposteI’m quite happy with that. I believe that Top rewards for high end content should be cosmetic only. Remember how chuffed people were running around with the nightfall glow over their heads? Giving super effective weapons to the best players only grinds the middling and below further down the food chain.

1 RispondiI honestly think that adept weapons are overrated. Adept mods? Sure they're better, but don't think it worths the time and effort for this. Instead they should add things like trials glow or new cosmetics, something that people would want.

6 RisposteThe adept weapons are still a good option for not having to craft multiple of a single weapon to use for different activities AND Adept big ones is about equivalent to enhanced perks (if not better depending on the perk). I'd love an Adept Insidious with either a pvp or pve roll so I can focus my crafted one one way or the other.

8 RisposteI believe the loot is not an issue, i would rather farm on normal to craft my version of a god-roll then deal with the RNG of buying from the end of raid chest for a god-roll adept. This is why the crafting system was invented. If Master Vow is missing the mark on the loot incentive then it means that the crafting system has hit the mark, at least for raid loot. Due to getting a guaranteed red-border per weekly basis for account, it means that in due time you will have your god-roll. We will, for those who care enough about the seal, run each challenge each week, on master. So, while it's forced engagement, it's engagement nonetheless because typically, players would be phasing out of even caring about this raid if there was no master version. They also made it easier to do so, by lowering the Light Level requirement for master. This change ties into the raid rotator coming next season and keeps the health of the game extended. We may even, eventually, next season, see this change reflected for Vault of Glass, with the change to -10 on the power level for Master. If they missed the mark with anything it is alternative means of rewards that aren't weapon based, such as having further cosmetics unlockable from master such as: armor ornaments, ship, artifice armor, raid memento, emote(s), or ghost shell(s). Adept PvP Weapons aren't able to be crafted and Adept Nightfall Weapons aren't able to be crafted, what would give us the idea that Adept raid weapons would be able to be crafted?

1 RispondiI think Master Vow this time around just really brings out the fatigue from what a lot of us are feeling right now. Patience with champions in the community has pretty much evaporated considerably. Patience with the leveling system has too, and whatever weird communication issues with the people who made master Vow and the people who designed the rewards of stuff like crafting has compounded into some serious community Apathy for the Master raid. It's all justified, and we should really be trying to unify and nail the feedback here.

35 RisposteWow. Entitled much? Master gives you adept weapons with adept mods and exclusive weapon cosmetics and it’s not enough? Did you miss the materials RAINING down on you for completions? Adept weapons have global stat buffs and it’s not enough? Adept stability on top of an adept stability master work gives bonus to aim cone AND recoil verticality and it’s not enough? Adept range literally increases your range AND your accuracy but it’s not enough? Adept Icarus isn’t enough? Honestly man you are exemplifying the problem in the community, entitlement. Are you more mad that crafted weapons can be as strong as adept weapons or are you mad you don’t get hold something over other players anymore?

VotD adept weapons are hit or miss, Forebearance is better adept then as a random drop or crafted; as for the Lubrae’s it’s hard to say that +3 in three stats is noticeably better then +2 in those same three on the crafted version or that the adept mod is worth any more or less then the enhanced perks.

1 RispondiBungo is lazy as f* when it comes to increase difficulty. Champions + match game is just stupid and not fun. Where is the “play the way you like?”. Match game kills that + champion mods are stupid and LAZY. and the overload one works horrible and it has heen like that for quite a long time already. But as it doesnt benefit the player…. bungo just DOESNT CARE. And on top of that: loot is just GARBAGE. So master Votd is definitely not worth my time.

1 RispondiThey could have done so many things. Cosmetics for armor/guns would have been a no Brainer since they did it in d1 for raids. Honestly they couldn't have done this worse. Artificially and lazily raising difficulty with champions and then rewarding us with worse loot than normal. The only thing cool would be flexing adept weapons but they aren't even as good as crafted. It blows my mind that people are making good money that are making these decisions 😂
