I can not get above 30 FPS and average 20 FPS on the Tangled Shore Override. I have 60 FPS on any location in the game except there. When I am on that specific override my GPU utilization caps at 35% to where as every other location is 100%. It is so jarring at that level that I can not play without getting a headache. The Tangled Shore is not utilizing my GPU correctly. I have tried lowering my graphics settings to the lowest and lowering render resolution with no change to performance. All of my drivers are up to date. Windows is up to date. All game files validated. GPU: AMD R9 380x RAM: 12GB CPU : AMD FX 8320 Black Edition
