Are you “restricted” or “banned”?
If restricted, then they start at a minimum of 2 weeks (but could be longer).
If banned, then it’s permanent.

Fix this as soon as possible i already paid for this dlc. And i dont want to see any unreasonable explanation just fix it

Nothing to “fix”. You played with a weak internet connection. Bungie warned ever that they will be issuing punishment for those who play continuously on a weak connection. You failed to listen to their warnings (especially even after getting restricted once), now you simply have to face the consequences. You should take this time to fix your internet as much as possible. If you can’t/don’t fix it or make it better, then you should stay out of any pvp activities (both crucible & gambit) once the restriction ends....otherwise the next punishment will be much longer than 2 months, & may possibly result in a full ban.

And from the April 1st I got another restricted massage says I can't do gambit or crucible!!!! I read the last update it says that you fixed the problems when certain players get restricted cause their weak Internet connection. But the i still got the restrictions massage and it have been more than 2 weeks and still cannot do gambit or crucible

Hello, this my second time posting this about this problem in the Forum. As soon as season 6 started I got restricted because my weak Internet connection. Though, I never left a gambit /crucible match nor have been kicked from one. When i posted afew weeks back you told me it will be back in a couple of weeks, and it did after 2 weeks.

Looks like this is your second restriction. Is that correct? If so, second restrictions are minimal 2 months. Nothing to do but wait it out.
