Nova warp needs a small nerf
The range of the explosions is kinda ridiculous paired with the good movement speed they are pretty hard to shut down so maybe decrease the range or decrease the movement speed if the range is nerfed maybe give it a bit of a damage boost

I can fist of havoc slam that thing or hit it with an arc staff swipe and it survives and one shots me. Kinda dumb? Idk. It's seemingly the only super where you're almost invincible since no one can come near you, the least they can do is make elemental weapons deal more damage to supers again. Also, elemental weapons should do more damage to supers again. OH and also, elemental weapons should do more damage to supers again...

35 RisposteIf you cant see that Nova warp is IMPOSSIBLE to counter WITHOUT a super, then your death like Eris. Second of all, very few supers can counter it, and even if a super can, a player can simply spam the blink and easily avoid it; don't forget nova warp is the FASTEST super to use and has a massive explosion( bigger than a normal Nova bomb). I know all of you know what im talking about, and all of you that disagree or even show hate is because your all to scared that Bungie is gonna nerf the one Super that's holding you up on the crucible; please take note im not targeting all Nova warp mains, some people are actually good with the super and all I can say is ok, but those who rely on the super and even the hanheld nova to get kills, you SUCK. Now some may say, hmm someones salty, well yea it sucks im not gonna lie, one can be dominating the field with actual weapons, but he/she cannot compete with guns against a suicide bomber! If you wanna prove me wrong add me on ps4, id love to 1v1 first using supers and then pure skill only, don't bother checking my stats because I share it with my younger sibling, but I will vs any of you that thinks im wrong.

2 RisposteA small nerf? lol my dude I have a warlock and even I agree Nova warp is op. Anybody trying to defend this super and saying it isn't op or justifying how op it is, is basically a skilless player who needs something op to do well in crucible. A lot of people don't like hearing the word nerf but I place more importance on the word balance than nerf. I would prefer a balanced pvp system than an overpowered one, because skill will actually be required. Even with a warlock I agree Nova warp needs something done to it, its too easy as of right now, and there is no diversity in crucible because every warlock knows how op this super is. You can teleport, have a blast radius the size of the Asian continent that doesn't drain your super, has really strong armor that can actually withstand a team shot, get health on kill, lasts an hour and can one shot other supers. I literally saw a Titan try to thunder crash a Nova warp and the Warp killed the titan in mid air with one blast. Nova warp shut down a shut down super lol. The only change I would recommend to this super isn't even the blast radius, the duration time needs to be decreased a little and using your blasts SHOULD use up your super meter because currently its the only super in game whose attack doesn't speed up the super drain, which is why you have guys spamming blasts and floating around holding a fully charged blast with no penalty.

1 RispondiDamn I feel you but when is shoulder charge getting nerfed? Or blade barrage nerfed? It seems to me nova warp is not the only issue in the game. Those are just subclasses too, don’t get me started on the broken titan and hunter exotics that have been destroying my gaming experience

Small nerf will not cut it. Bungie needs to go big or go home.

It needs one of three things: 1. Decreased In-Super time 2. Teleporting costs more charge 3. Decreased range The biggest thing is its range tho. It shouldn't be bigger than Fist of havoc.

1 RispondiI don't think it's THAT bad, but it still is the best killing super in PvP. Two things I would change; 1. Get rid of that weird ability to kill through surfaces/around corners with any sized blast. That's just stupid. 2. Tone down health regen so it does not stack on successive kills when you're in super. The rest is okay. Nova is incredibly strong, but you'd be surprised how many of other classes you see at post 2500-3000 glory.

I use a lot of nova warp and if your using the right kind of weapons or the right strats there are ways to counter the super and can be shut down easy, yes the explosion range is a little ridiculous but the super is not very hard to counter and can be shut down relatively easily

12 RisposteI will NEVER understand why people continue to cry for nerfs in this game, when we ALL have the option to use that class? So, you say it should be nerfed because it hits you thru a wall? Can't you play a warlock and do the same thing? No? It's because you like to man a titan or hunter as a favorite, and feel the warlock should be nerfed because of this? We ALL have the SAME abilities in this game?? Why are we crying for nerfs because others are better at using them than we are? Because another guardian out plays me or tends to use their super at the RIGHT time, will not make me cry that it needs a nerf. (Not that you are crying OP, just commenting on the argument itself). Every time this game gets something to make it fun, it gets nerfed.

If it's getting nerfed, Novabomb should get a buff. Both versions of Novabomb, for both the top and bottom Attunements, are weak with a small radius. It'd be great if they could buff the damage and radius of both Novabombs, or give us back Lance and Shatter Novabomb like we've been asking for over a year.
